Functional and Fun, 80" Table Top Raw Bar Display

Simply Stated:  Here the Chef created a modern display by using a combination of assorted ice blocks, which created a lovely look that is both functional and soothing.  

Imagine this docked sailboat with the setting sun surrounded by an array of colorful seafood.  This is a gorgeous display, approx 80" long x 40" tall and would make a great centerpiece, and conversation piece, for your raw bar station. 

Open wide!  This design was ordered for an event at an aquarium, very fitting...but would be great at any event where guests will be feasting on oysters and clams!

The open clamshell is 40" x 35" with the sail cluster varying in heights from approx 40" tall to 60" tall.

Our pedestal trays are 20" x 20" and are beautiful with column legs.  A great way to display shrimp cocktail or clams and oysters on the half shell. 

Paired, or set on either side of another sculpture, these are sure to add just the right touch to your table!

The bottom tier is 20" x 20" with the top tier 15" x 15".

The trays are 20" x 20" on the bottom, 15" x 15" on top and the clamshell bottom is 40" across.

When it comes to raw bars, ice is nice.  The full tray, left, is a great choice for half shell items, while the clamshell, right, is perfect for shrimp cocktail.

Where did we get this idea?  From one of our customers that was looking for an alternative to the two-tier tray!  What can we create for you?

This design was created to hold three bottles, which is great to have on one or both sides of a bar, on either side of a luge or on the back of an ice tray for a caviar station.

...and then one of our customers wanted to use the design for a small raw bar so we drilled out the centers to create a unique display for shrimp cocktail, shown on the right.
